There are educational developer organizations in many countries. Most of these are listed on the ICED site. If yours is not included and you would like it to be listed here, please email me cpopovic@yorku.ca. Many of these organizations send regular newsletters or updates to members.

- SHED - Scottish Higher Education Developers, Scotland.
- EDIN - Educational Developers in Ireland Network, Ireland
- LNO2 - Lerend Netwerk van Onderwijsondersteuners, Flanders, Belgium
- EHON - Expertisenetwerk voor Hoger Onderwijs, the Netherlands
- EDC - Educational Developers Caucus, Canada
- HERDSA - Higher Education Research and Development Society of Australasia, Australasia
- POD - Professional and Organizations Network, USA
Some countries have regional groups. For example, in the UK the South East Network of Academic Developers meets 3 times a year and has a jiscmail list for those in the region. In Canada the Council of Ontario Educational Developers meets annually with regular communication throughout the year. Contact your national organization to find out if there is a regional groupings that you could join. If there isn't one, consider setting up something for yourself and local colleagues.
