- E-learning support (if not integrated with educational development)
- HR Organisational Development
- Student support / learning support
- Library
- Heads of department
- Academic deans
- Postgraduate Office / Graduate School
- Learning and Teaching Committees
- Learning and Teaching champions across campus, e.g. Teaching Fellows
- Administrators, staff and management
